Description

Stenungsundshem AB förvaltar cirka 2059 lägenheter och enstaka kommersiella lokaler. Uppdraget omfattar städning av trapphus, entréer, tvättstugor, källargångar och andra allmänna ytor i beställarens fastigheter. Ytterligare städarbeten i anslutning till detta kan komma att ingå i uppdraget.
Upphandlingen är uppdelat på två (2) anbudsområden:
Förvaltningsområde 1 och förvaltningsområde 2.
Varje anbudsområde utvärderas var för sig.
Historisk volym för hela avtalet beräknas till 2 000 000 kr per år.
Planerad avtalsstart är 2023-01-01 .
