Description

Aanbestedende dienst wil een nieuwe overeenkomst sluiten voor een e-HRM applicatie inclusief salarisverwerking. De huidige overeenkomst loopt van rechtswege af op 31 december 2027 en dient daarom opnieuw aanbesteed te worden. De belangrijkste kernwoorden voor deze HR-applicatie zijn integraliteit, self service en ontzorgen. De HR administratie is binnen onze organisatie het bronbestand met medewerker gegevens die andere applicaties en processen van de benodigde informatie voorziet. Wij hanteren hierbij zoveel mogelijk het principe van eenmalig vastleggen, meermaals gebruiken. Naast de ca. 2050 medewerkers die maandelijks worden verloond, worden jaarlijks gemiddeld ca. 500 medewerkers in onze medewerker administratie vastgelegd die niet in loondienst zijn.
