The subject matter of the public contract includes services for cleaning of contaminated sites with household and construction waste in settlements and their surroundings (unregulated landfills) on the territory of Veliko Tarnovo Municipality. The Contracting Authority, through its representative, shall draw up and submit to the Contractor a list of unregulated landfills and contaminated sites on the territory of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo for the relevant period, and a schedule for their cleaning shall be drawn up. Cleaning activities are carried out for all sites and in a sequence according to the prepared schedule. The duration and volume of the cleaning shall be reported with a reference form signed by a representative of the Contracting Authority for the city of Veliko Tarnovo and by the mayor of the settlement for contaminated sites in the other settlements of the municipality of Veliko Tarnovo. Term of performance of the contract: The term for execution of the order is 2 (two) years from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the amount of BGN 240 000.00 excluding VAT is reached, whichever is earlier.
