Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is the Information System "M" : adaptive, corrective and scalable support and maintenance services. The consultation is divided into three lots: Lot 1 Back-office and data processing, includes the management of applications necessary for the collection and management of data in the broad sense, the provision of tools or algorithms used in data processing, data exposure APIs and the maintenance of the operational infrastructure. Lot 2 Digital tools and media, includes the maintenance of code and user or visualization interfaces, such as mobile or web applications, intended to consume data. Lot 3 Accompaniment UX/UI, covers the design and ergonomics part of the tools. The framework agreement provides for minimum and maximum amounts per period. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing order forms, the services will be paid for by unit prices. Each lot will be awarded separately. The duration of the framework agreement is one year renewable 3 times for 1 year
