Supply, Delivery and Commissioning for a Semiconductor Analyser for Tyndall National Institute, University College Cork
The proposed Semiconductor Analyser for Tyndall National Institute, is a Semiconductor Device Analyser, an all-in-one unit with following capabilities: • precision source-meter-units (SMUs), • high voltage pulse generators, and capacitance meters. • measure currents with femto-ampere (fA) resolutions and voltages with resolutions in the microvolt (µV) range. • delivers high-voltage square-wave and arbitrary linear wave forms. • delivers high-resolution AC frequency sweeping. • Comes with built-in software controls all the hardware modules, synchronising them to perform complex and high precision test measurements. This system will target the needs of the Semiconductor industry developing solutions for a wide temperature range, including Space Engineering applications. Targeted companies are from both the MNC and SME sectors.
