Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi polegającej na serwisie terenowych badań zaczynów cementowych podczas cementowania kolumn rur w otworach: Paproć 61, Paproć 62, Paproć 64, Paproć 65 wykonywanych dla potrzeb PGNiG SA.
Prace wykonywane będą pod nadzorem przedstawiciela Zamawiającego w ramach systemu „daily rate”.
Rozpoczęcie realizacji zadania planowane jest na IV kwartał 2014 / I kwartał 2015 r.
Planowana głębokość otworów:
Paproć 61 – 2676 m
Paproć 62 – 2678 m
Paproć 64 – 2678 m
Paproć 65 – 2680 m
Otwory realizowane będą kolejno po sobie.
Wykonywane zamówienie podlega przepisom Ustawy z dnia 9 czerwca 2011 r. Prawo geologiczne i górnicze (Dz. U. 2011 r. Nr 163, poz. 981 z późn. zm.) oraz Ustawy z dnia 27 kwietnia 2001 r. Prawo ochrony środowiska (Dz. U. z 2013 r., poz. 1232 z późn. zm.) wraz z rozporządzeniami wykonawczymi do w/w ustawy.
Szczegółowy zakres odpowiedzialności Wykonawcy i Zamawiającego, co do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określony będzie w Specyfikacji Istotnych Warunków Zamówienia (SIWZ), która zostanie przekazana Wykonawcom zaproszonym do składania ofert.
