Predmet nabave je usluga poslovnog savjetovanja i izrade strateškog dokumenta i implementacije operativne transformacije poslovanja Društva koja obuhvaća unaprjeđenje operativnog modela poslovanja uz optimizaciju operativnih procesa i maksimalne iskorištenosti svih operativnih kapaciteta u područjima gospodarenja otpadom, održavanja i upravljanja cestama, održavanja javnih zelenih površina, digitalnu i operativnu transformaciju u komunikaciji, odnosima i iskustvu s korisnicima, te holistički pristup analizi organizacije centralnih servisnih funkcija radi usklađivanja istih s najboljim svjetskim praksama a sve s ciljem stvaranja dugoročno održivog i učinkovitijeg poslovnog modela te zaokretu poslovanja prema okolišnoj, društvenoj i upravljačkoj održivosti (ESG održivost – environment, social, governance).
