Description

The contract includes the establishment of a new connection between the first and second playground by means of escalators. A vide will also be created in this area, making the presence of a second playground immediately visible. Part of the construction of a new connection is the dismantling of the existing stairways, with the façade being stirred again.
In addition to the new connection, the contract also includes the revitalisation of the first and second playground. On main lines, the first playground is set up with table games and the second with vending machines. This movement largely adapts the floor, ceiling and wall finishes in the playgrounds. In addition, 2 bars are moved and a third fully renewed and diverse interior work is carried out.
The overall contract includes construction, construction and installation work.
Outside the scope, there is no scope to adapt the security system, adapt and relocate the horeca installation, new carpet and work on the specific game equipment (movements, adaptations, renewal of gaming tables, vending machines, seats and connected equipment).
A contract will be concluded with one (1) party per lot.
