Description

The purpose of taking out a loan of up to PLN 10,000,000.00 is to finance the planned budget deficit of the Wronki Commune and to repay previously incurred liabilities. Term of repayment of the loan capital instalments: January 2027 – 31 December 2035. The interest payment period will run from 2026 to 2035. The Bank shall place the credit at the Ordering Party’s disposal immediately after the conclusion of the agreement, but no later than 31 December 2026. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the order is included in Annex 1 to the FTZ.
