Building development related to the real estate stock of Semmelweis University Stáhly utca (Stáhly utca 7-9.) on the basis of a business contract within 10 working days of the entry into force of the contract. Tangible works are works subject to authorisation. The purpose of the renovation is to modernize healthcare, which requires the creation of new premises on all levels of the building. Compliance with the energy legislation in force and the improvement of the building's appearance are also part of the development. The developer intends to implement the investment with a schedulable implementation, therefore the external facade works, the internal works need to be handled by level, the server room in a separate unit. With the planned reconstruction, the useful floor area of the building is: 9223.15 m2 Antibacterial flooring: 5605,55 m2 Amount of warm cover according to the budget: 6609,26 m2 Quantity of interior painting: 18147.04 m2 made in 1st phase: - ground floor full-level interior works and facade doors and windows replacement; - 1st floor full-level interior works and facade doors and windows replacement; - 2 floors 1/3 part level interior works and facade doors and windows replacement; - 5 floors, part 1/3 floor interior works and facade doors and windows replacement; - 4th floor full-level interior works and facade doors and windows replacement; - 6th floor full-level interior works and facade doors and windows replacement; - the creation of an attic room for mechanical equipment; - the construction of mechanical and electrical strangles at all levels; renovation of staircases; refurbishment of lifting areas; facade thermal insulation and covering of the south-east facade from raster 7a to 9a next to the new steel escape staircase; - new steel escape staircase according to locksmith's signature; - facade thermal insulation and covering of the southeast facade to the right of elevator number 11. from the rear garden above the personnel passage; an awning above the main entrance; It is made in phase 2: The parts of the building built in Phase 2 are made in addition to the operation of the finished parts of the building! - 2 floors remaining 1/3 part level interior works and facade doors and windows replacement; - 3rd floor full-level interior works and facade doors and windows replacement; - 5 floors part 1/3 level interior works and facade doors and windows replacement; - thermal insulation of facades, preparation of facade cladding; Facade doors and windows are made with 3 layers of glazing and a plastic case structure. Fire retardant doors and windows on the facade are made of aluminum frame and 2 layers of glazing. The main entrance glass wall on the first floor has an aluminum structure with automatic photocell double-leaf doors. Interior doors are steel framed steel doors. Interior wall surfaces in the necessary places, usually in sanitary blocks and around sanitary ware, are covered with tiles. Durable, wear-resistant, abrasion-resistant, scratch-resistant, washable, disinfectible dispersion painting is made on the other wall surfaces. In cold-clad rooms, stone porcelain cladding is placed in a general place with R9, and in wet rooms with R10 non-slip. The new medical gas supply of the specialised clinic building is provided by the construction of a new pipeline network from the existing oxygen, vacuum and compressed air centers. Oxygen, Vacuum, Breathing Air, Anaesthetic Gas – Extraction reception points and pipelines, fittings, disconnection cabinets serving the reception points shall be installed in the medical premises in the positions indicated on the plan. The pipeline shall be marked with a standard marking appropriate to the gas it contains. Labels shall be affixed at least every 10 metres on straight sections of pipes and, where appropriate, more frequently near them at junctions, turning sections, wall and slab breakages, so that confusion can be ruled out. The network shall be pressure tested at 1,5 times the working pressure, but in closed suspended ceilings and other sections where it is no longer possible to check the line, the pressure test shall be carried out at 2 times the working pressure. Radiation protection requirements at radiological sites - in the relevant rooms specified in the system specification, the design of radiation protection structures is detailed in the documentation on a separate design sheet / chapter. X-ray and control rooms in radiological, enterological and DEXA areas are necessary for the operation of X-ray equipment requiring radiation protection. In order to permit the operation of radiological areas, a Radiation Protection Description and an Occupational Radiation Protection Code must be prepared. A self-supporting Faraday cage with baseplate, sideplates and roofplate is made in the entire area of the MR tester. The function of the cage is to provide EMC shielding, a homogeneous magnetic field. Wall structure: It is a general requirement that only certified construction materials should be used. The walls of roadways and escape routes may only be made of non-combustible materials with fire resistance and smoke generation properties specified by the fire protection expert. For the masonry system it is recommended to use modern dry construction solutions (e.g.: Knauf, Rigips systems). In some places, for the attachment of sanitary ware, upper furniture, special reinforcement is required. Floor coverings: When selecting floor coverings for the premises of the establishment, regular cleaning and durability against disinfection are essential requirements. Therefore, it is essential that floor coverings are made of materials resistant to the physical and chemical effects of NNK-approved cleaning products, and that they can withstand the increased demands of mechanical cleaning. In test, operator and staff areas, floor and wall coverings should be made of a well-washable, disinfectible material that can withstand the mechanical and chemical effects of the cleaning technology in the long term. At the junction of the floor and the wall, no sharp, uncleaned corners are formed, a plinth is made, which is applied arched up to a height of at least 10 cm. The detailed technical specifications/plans and the unpriced budget are included in the technical documentation.
