Description

Im Sanitätsmateriallager Gronau-Epe soll eine neue Lagerhalle mit einer Grundfläche von 1.500 m2 errichtet werden. Höhe: 8 m, Nutzung als Bodenblock- und Fachregallager. In einem Anbau sind drei Arbeitsplätze mit Nebenräumen unterzubringen.
Die detaillierten Angaben sind der Bauunterlage Teil II zu entnehmen.
In der Liegenschaft wurden zwei mögliche Standorte für die Halle identifiziert. Im Rahmen der Planung ist die Eignung zu vergleichen und zu bewerten.
Mit Erstellung der Bauunterlage ist ein Wirtschaftlichkeitsnachweis zur Bauweise erforderlich (Stahlskelett, Leimholzbinder o.ä.), und die Regalanlagen für die Hallen sind zu planen.
Die Planungen der TGA sowie der Ingenieurbauwerke, Verkehrs- und Freianlagen erfolgen in separaten Aufträgen. Die erforderlichen Schnittstellen sind mit allen Beteiligten im Zuge der Planungen abzustimmen und festzulegen.
Die einschlägigen baufachlichen Regelwerke der Bundeswehr sind zu beachten.
