Description

The transport and treatment of mixed waste from recycling stations includes the transport and treatment of mixed waste received at the Riihimäki, Lammi and Iittala recycling stations. The contractor transports the waste to an appropriate treatment facility. Ownership of the waste to be treated is transferred to the Contractor at the beginning of the transport to the treatment plant. The contractor will acquire the transport platforms needed for the contract. The contractor is responsible for the treatment of the waste included in the contract. Recycling stations are new waste stations built by Kiertokapula to receive the most common waste fractions. The recycling stations do not handle waste, but the materials move on from them. According to preliminary plans, the Riihimäki Rotary Station will be commissioned on 1 September 2025, the Iittala Rotary Station in September-October 2025 and the Lammin Rotary Station in the spring of 2026. The contract period is from 1.9.2025 to 31.12.2026 + option valid until further notice. The offer is binding and must be made in Finnish.
