Description

la présente consultation a pour objet a pour objet l'acquisition, la mise en oeuvre et la maintenance d'une solution de gestion des matériels dédiés aux manifestations. Il sera conclu avec un seul opérateur économique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre, passé en application des articles R.2162-1 et suivants du code de la commande publique, et conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum fixé à 180 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de QUATRE (4) ans à compter de sa date de notification. Sans préjudice des dispositions des articles 47 et suivants du CCAG-TIC, il est résiliable à chaque date anniversaire par décision de l'acheteur public notifiée au titulaire par courrier avec accusé de réception deux (2) mois avant l'échéance de la période en cours. Cette dénonciation n'ouvre droit à aucune indemnité au titulaire
