Provision of meals in cold connection for seniors residing in the Commune of Beaune and home delivery of meals
The purpose of this framework agreement is the preparation and delivery of meals at home for the elderly or temporarily in loss of autonomy, domiciled in the Commune of Beaune, on behalf of the CCAS. This is a single-awarded framework supply agreement with order forms, issued in the form of an open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles L2124-1, L2124-2, and L2125-1-1° and Articles R2124-1 and R2124-2-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, and R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement shall be concluded without a minimum and with a maximum of EUR 2 000 000 net over the duration of the contract. As an indication, the porterage service delivers about 30,000 meals per year. The holder of the framework agreement will be required to provide approximately 80 meals per day. The number of meals to be delivered fluctuates. The holder of the framework agreement will not be entitled to any compensation due to a variation, even lasting, in the number of beneficiaries, whatever the reason. The Framework Agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from 1 September 2025 until 31 August 2029. Sample delivery is mandatory.
