Description

The general objective is to provide Technical Assistance to the Contracting Entity (EC) in the form of Technical Assistance services in order to achieve the specific objective of digitisation measures necessary for the efficiency and sustainability of investments in the water/wastewater sector and measures for the energy efficiency of OR. Applied to the water utilities sector, the digital transformation involves the adoption of advanced technological systems that allow the monitoring and action of processes throughout the entire water management cycle, from abstraction to discharge back into the environment, including the management of commercial relationships with end users. NOTE: Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 19. Deadline by which the contracting entity will respond to requests for clarification/additional information: 11 days before the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any reference in this tender documentation (including these specifications) to a particular origin, source, production, special process, trademark, patent and/or manufacturing license, standard, authorisation/certification/attestation, service or requirement shall be read and interpreted as accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’.
