1. Name of the contract: Extension of support for traffic decryption system. 2. The subject of the contract is: 2.1. purchase and delivery of Manufacturer Subscriptions* or equivalent Products; 2.2. ensuring by the Contractor the extension of the provision of the Manufacturer's Technical Support, while maintaining continuity for the previous period of provision of the Manufacturer's Technical Support; 2.3. provision of Services by the Service Provider. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the conditions and rules for the performance of the contract (including a description and provisions on equivalence) are set out in the Draft Terms of the Agreement constituting Annex 6 to the Terms and Conditions of the Order (hereinafter: SWZ). * Definitions of terms used in capital letters can be found in the Draft Terms of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the FTZ.
