Description

The target of the procurement is a payment solution for personnel benefits for the Satakunta wellbeing services area. The subject matter of the contract and its requirements are described in the following annexes: - Service Description (Annex 1) - Terms of Processing of Personal Data (Annex 2A) - Satahva Julkri Security Requirements_V2 (Annex 2B) - DPIA Data Protection Impact Assessment WORKSHOP v1 (Annex 2C) - Draft Agreement (Annex 3) - Service Level Requirements and Monitoring (Annex 3.1) - JIT 2025 Terms (Annex 4) The goal is that the service will be in use on 1 January 2026 and the actual contract period will last until 31 December 2027. In addition, the acquisition includes an option to extend the contract for an indefinite period, subject to six (6) months' notice.
