Description

2.1. Description of the subject of the contract. 2.1.1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: ‘Purchase of a medium rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Voluntary Fire Brigade in Przedmieście’. 2.1.2. Basic parameters of a medium rescue and firefighting car: - rescue fire-fighting vehicle of category 2, - brand new year of production 2026, - the total mass of the car ready for rescue and fire-fighting operations (vehicle with crew, full tanks, bodies and equipment) does not exceed 16 tonnes, - compression-ignition engine, meeting the exhaust gas purity standards for vehicles of this category. Engine power min. 320 hp, - 4x4 drive with the additional possibility of disconnecting the front axle drive rear axle tyres - single, - vehicle with automatic transmission, - water tank with a capacity of 4000 liters (+/-5%), - autopump min. A16/8 with a high pressure step with a capacity of min. 500 l/nim. at a pressure of 40 bar, - electro-pneumatic lighting mast controlled from a wired remote control powered directly from the chassis system (LED lamp) with a power of min. 30000 lm, - water and foam gun min. DWP16. 2.1.3. The subject-matter of the contract also includes: - delivery of a complete, factory new rescue and firefighting car with firefighting equipment and equipment required by law and technical documentation, - carrying out technical and quality acceptance of the vehicle in accordance with the applicable regulations, - carrying out all tests, tests and activities necessary for the vehicle to be put into service, - providing a set of documents enabling the vehicle to be registered and used, including the CNBOP-PIB approval certificate, approval certificate, instructions for use, warranty cards and required certificates; - training the indicated representatives of the Ordering Party in the field of operation, operation and maintenance of the vehicle and installed equipment, - granting a guarantee and providing an authorized warranty and post-warranty service, - handing over the vehicle at the Contractor's premises in a complete state, ready to take rescue and firefighting actions and meeting all the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract. 2.1.4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is included in Annex 2 (Description of the subject-matter of the contract) to the FTZ.
