Description

Tampereen Virastotalon perusparannus- ja laajennushankkeen rakenne- ja elementtisuunnittelu
Tampereen Virastotalo on rakennettu kahdessa (2) vaiheessa, eteläpääty on valmistunut 1967 ja pohjoispääty 1975. Rakennus on asemakaavan mukaisesti suojeltu. Rakennukseen tehdään hyvin laaja perusparannus. Todetut ongelmia aiheuttavat tai vanhentuneet rakenteet uusitaan ja korjataan. Rakennukseen tehdään myös laajoja tilamuutoksia. Talotekniset järjestelmät uusitaan.
Laajennusosan kohdalta puretaan vanha matala siipirakennus. Laajennusosa on 5-kerroksinen, betonirakenteinen uudisrakennus, jonka julkisivut ovat pääosin keraamista laattaa, lasia ja alumiinisia julkisivulamelleja. Laajennusosan ja Virastotalon välille tulee yhdysosa.
