Description

Capital repair service contract for three Lycoming engines and one Kalisz engine together with their aggregates (according to Annex A to the tender specifications) within a total of 4 months from the date of signature of the contract. The payment for the capital repair services of the aircraft components will be made as follows: • 30% of the value of the capital repair covered by this Workbook, after the reception of stage 1; • 70% of the value of the overhaul after final acceptance (Stage 2). The Purchaser undertakes to pay to the Supplier the services rendered, by Payment Order, in the treasury account of the Supplier. The buyer will take the invoice from the national electronic invoice system RO e-Invoice and will make the payment within 60 days The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information 11 days before the deadline for receipt of tenders.
