Description

the purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust the holder with the preventive and curative maintenance of the video-protection system of the City of Pavillons-Sous-Bois. This single-award framework agreement is concluded at mixed prices.It includes a part treated at a global and flat-rate price appearing in the Breakdown of the Global and Flat-rate Price and a part treated at unit prices which will be the subject of order forms drawn up as and when needs arise in accordance with Articles R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The services carried out on the basis of order forms are concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of EUR 25 000 (excl. tax). This Framework Agreement consists of 7 optional tranches detailed in the CCP and financial vouchers
