Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die stundenbasierte Unterhalts- und Grundreinigung in mehreren kommunalen Liegenschaften. Die Vergabe erfolgt als ein Los. Grundlage ist eine objektspezifische Stundenaufstellung. Der Bieter gibt einen einheitlichen Verrechnungssatz an; die Bewertung erfolgt anhand Preis (80 P), Organisationskonzept (10 P) und Erfahrung der Objektleitung (10 P).
