The purpose of this notice is to establish a qualification system, with the aim of qualifying suppliers for the supply of escalator steps of the Schindler brand. Candidates will be qualified through two stages of qualification. This qualification system constitutes a call for competition. Consultations on the same subject as this qualification system will be published on this basis. Only qualified candidates at the launch of the consultation will be consulted and put in competition. The costs of the candidate's qualification shall be borne by the applicant, except for the supply of samples from phase 2 of the qualification system and laboratory tests. The candidate will have the opportunity to regularise his/her application for stage 1 under the conditions described in the rules of the qualification system. 2/ Second stage of qualification: The second stage of qualification concerns the supply of prototypes of steps as well as the expertise carried out on these prototypes in the laboratory. The results of the analyses must comply with the technical requirements of the CTS of the qualification system in order for stage 2 of the qualification system to be validated.
