Description

The task includes comprehensive advice for the construction of a sports hall and associated facilities in connection with the Lundehus School and Emdrup bad. A sports room must be set up for football games and associated facilities. Construction is expected to be between 1 800 and 2 000 m². It is expected that the new construction will be carried out as an extension of, or connected to, the existing buildings of Emdrups’ bread and that the terrain of the building land is used in the solution. Access routes shall be established in the form of stalks. Construction costs are estimated to amount to DKK 30 000 000, including fees.
As no final allocation has been obtained, the task is divided into 2 stages, between which the contract includes the possibility of stopping. At this stage, DKK 1 000 000 has been granted for Stage 1, which includes feasibility studies, programming and design with proposed arrangements. The case is expected to be finally granted in October 2013.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
