The subject of the procurement refers to the maintenance service of the eSUK IT system, which consists of basic maintenance that includes preventive and corrective maintenance and adaptive maintenance, in such a way that adaptive maintenance includes management, coordination and integration activities with other services, processes and projects in the Ministry of Justice, Administration and Digital Transformation. The eSUK IT system is a tool for the quality management system in public administration bodies (TJUs) to implement the quality management methodology and processes in TJUs. This enables a holistic overview of the services and relevant processes carried out in each TJU, and ensuring the same quality of service provision for all citizens of the Republic of Croatia.
