Description

The subject of the contract is: service of medical devices. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 6 to the FTZ (Conditions for performing technical inspection, deadlines for their implementation and the scope of service / List of service work) and in Appendix No. 5 to the FTZ (List of equipment). The Contracting Authority allows partial tenders to be submitted in accordance with Annex No 5 to the FTZ (Description of the subject of the Order – list of equipment) for PACKAGES No 1-131: technical inspections and service of medical devices. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for any number of packages. However, the Ordering Party reserves the right to submit tenders by the Contractor for the entire assortment in a given package.
