Description

The subject of performance of this contract is the collection, transport and disposal of waste arising from the activities of waste producers, i.e. the contracting authorities listed below. Each of these contracting entities will conclude a separate contract with the selected (one) supplier for the implementation of the subject of performance for a period of 48 months. The hospital in Frýdek-Místek, a contributory organisation, fulfils the function of a central contracting authority within the meaning of Section 9 of the Act. This contracting authority also procures services for its own use in the framework of centralised procurement. Contracting entities for which central procurement is carried out are: - Bílovecká nemocnice, a.s., - Karviná Hospital - Paradise, contributory organization, - Havířov Hospital, contributory organization, - Třinec Hospital, contributory organization, - Sanatorium Jablunkov, a.s., - Krnov Medical Association, contributory organization, - Silesian Hospital in Opava, contributory organization.
