Description

The City of Fellbach is the owner of several plots of land in the rehabilitation area of Orts Mitte as a result of the acquisition of land between 2011 and 2015. On the basis of the suggestions and wishes of the citizens of Schmiden, the city administration developed a concept for a ‘new centre of locality’. This approach includes the following basic data:
— At least 32 housing units with a total of at least 2 300 m² of rented space.
— Quarter garage with public and private parking spaces (at least 64 units).
— At least 310 m² of commercial usable space (café and practice).
— Green inner courtyard crossing the neighbourhood from the Fellbacher Straße to the Butterstrasse.
As part of the multiple assignments, an object planning (architect services) is to be provided on the basis of the concept described.
(Performance phases HOAI 2, see II.2.7). The designer to whom the contract will be awarded will be contracted for phases 3-4 and, if necessary, others.
