Der Auftraggeber hat bereits eine allgemeine Maßnahmenbeschreibung erstellen lassen, welche zum Download zur Verfügung steht. Kennzahlen: Geplant gem. Angaben nach DIN 277 - 2016: BRI r (Bruttorauminhalt): 17.817,53 m³ BRI r+s (Bruttorauminhalt) gesamt: 22.424,50 m³ BGF r (Bruttogeschossfläche): 2.849,22 m² BGF r+s (Bruttogeschossfläche): 3.505,97 m² NUF (Nutzfläche): 1.751,20 m² VF (Verkehrsfläche): 268,70 m² TF (Technikfläche): 440,20 m² Betreiber des Neubaus wird die Ahrtal Marketing GmbH, welche eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der Stadt Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler ist.
