Kontoret Agil ledelse og akademi i Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen har behov for undervisningslicenser til brug for afholdelse af SAFe kurser som følge af, at Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen har hjemtaget undervisningen af SAFe kurser, da der er et stort behov og efterspørgsel. Forudsætningen for at kunne undervise i og deltage i certificeringskurser er, at en underviser er certificeret, og at alle deltagerne hver får en licens via Scaled Agile. Der er i den forbindelse behov for at stå for den administrative håndtering af SAFe kurser i form af oprettelse af kurserne, tildele licenser og certificere kursisterne. Dette varetages af Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen. Licenserne udstedes af Scaled Agile. Behovet vil være løbende så længe Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen selv udbyder kurserne. For at opfylde dette behov, er der behov for, at Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen har administrationsrettighederne til undervisningslicenserne.
