Description

In der Regio Kliniken Pinneberg werden, nach erfolgter Erweiterung durch einen Ergänzungsneubau, die im
Bestand angrenzenden Funktionsbereiche nach neuem Nutzungskonzept im Erdgeschoss E 00 (Zentrale
Notaufnahme, Röntgenabteilung, Wirtschaftszugang), im 1. Obergeschoss E 01 (Nebenfunktionen OP-Bereich, AOP-Bereich) sowie im 2. Obergeschoss E 02 (nur Technikzentrale Lüftung) umgestaltet.
Die Arbeiten werden überwiegend im Erd- und 1. Obergschoss (Ebenen 00 und 01) ausgeführt. Es handelt sich überwiegend um Leistungen im Gebäudeinnerraum, die eine Umstrukturierung der Grundrisse zum Inhalt haben.
Im Kellergeschoss (Ebene -01) werden nur wenige Bauleistungen notwendig. Es handelt sich um räumlich Eng begrenzte Maßnahmen z. B. zur Herstellung von Lastverteilungsbalken, Durchstützungsmaßnahmen oder Deckendurchbrüchen für haus technische Installationen.
Die Technikzentrale (Ebene 02) ist in ihrer baulichen Hülle bereits vorhanden. Hier werden nur wenige Arbeiten durchgeführt.
