2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa nici chirurgicznych, siatek chirurgicznych, staplerów oraz akcesoriów laparoskopowych dla Brzeskiego Centrum Medycznego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający specyfikację asortymentowo - ilościową wraz z wymaganiami jakościowymi i parametrami techniczno- użytkowymi, stanowią Załączniki od nr 2.1-2.12 do SWZ - formularze asortymentowo-cenowe, zamieszczone na stronie prowadzonego postępowania: https://e-ProPublico.pl/. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania Wykonawców. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych, lecz nie dopuszcza składania ofert na wybrane pozycje w pakiecie. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolną liczbę części zamówienia.
