Description

Description of action: Building 9 will be refurbished as follows. Location: Building 9 is only part of the Paul Spiegel Vocational College in Dorsten. Schools will continue to operate in the other buildings during the construction work. A fenced area is available for the storage of materials, the positioning of containers and construction vehicles. The use of areas within the construction site equipment by individual companies must in any case be coordinated with the construction management in advance. The users are set for impairments, which should remain within reasonable limits. Noisy work should be done on the sides facing away from other buildings or focused on break times. In particular, holiday periods are to be used for this! Scope of services - 2 pcs. Dismantling of heating manifolds with 8 outlets with insulation including valves, screw connections, pumps, etc. - approx. 20 m Dismantling of steel pipes with insulation including fittings, fasteners, etc. - 2 pcs of heating manifolds with a total of 11 outlets, including all control components for the individual heating circuits. - Approx. 75 ball valves from DN 15 - DN 40 - Approx. 50 continuous regulating valves from DN 15 - DN 32 - Approx. 40 flat radiators incl. accessories and valves - Approx. 6 steel tube radiators incl. accessories and valves - Approx. 2400 m copper tube from 15 mm - 76.1 mm, with mineral wool insulation - Approx. 30 m steel tube black, with a diameter of 108 mm. - Approximately 510 m additional sheathing of the insulation made of hard plastic film up to DN 65. - Approx. 220 core holes for nominal pipe sizes from DN 12 to DN 50 incl. fire protection.
