Description

This contract is a project management contract (SERM BASCO LANDAIS project) for the design and monitoring of the construction of an exchange and transport hub for the future railway stopover in Bidart as part of the cross-border project TRANSFERMUGI co-financed 65% of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the AFOMEF call for projects under the Interreg POCTEFA 2021-2027 programme. The objective of POCTEFA is to strengthen the economic and social integration of the Spain-France-Andorra border area. This contract must be performed in two phases: - Phase 1: preliminary studies and preliminary drafts; - Phase 2: dedicated to the realization of the improvements (PRO/DCE/REA) and the acceptance of the works (AOR).
