Description

VEB needs to purchase a significant number of certificates in order to meet the objectives of the Decree in the Walloon Region/Order in the Brussels-Capital Region.
As part of its supply activities, the VEB regularly (often monthly) purchases energy certificates through a simple mini-petition system. In order to participate in mini-petitions, you must first be selected after submitting a tender. This is done through a framework contract.
