The project to build a new school group is part of the NPNRU project and aims to build a building comprising a single entity, a school group (7 kindergarten classes and 14 elementary classes), a school restaurant, an after-school reception, a leisure centre and an intergenerational centre. The future construction is part of an environmental approach and aims to obtain several labels: HQE sustainable building certification, Passivhaus Passif building, low carbon BBCA building, Biosourced label, Accessibility label and Intairieur label. This work operation is divided into 28 lots. For information, Preparatory Lots 00, 00A and 00B have been awarded. Lots 02, 04, 05A, 05B, 11B, 16, 17A, 17B and 18 have been awarded.
