Description

The subject of the performance of the public contract is services consisting in the takeover, removal and disposal of street sweeps under the conditions set out below in this ZD. This is waste catalogue number 20 03 03, Street trash, category O. Binding performance conditions: • one turn to the landfill of about 22 tonnes, • the supplier is obliged to have a total of 8 pieces of lower and higher containers in its possession, • the obligation to export 44 tonnes within 48 hours of the customer's request. The estimated annual quantity is 2,500 tonnes between March and November. The originator of the waste is the Technical Services of the City of Liberec, p.o. Waste is generated in the territory of the Statutory City of Liberec by the activities of the Technical Services of the City of Liberec, p.o. - mechanical sweeping of roads and pavements owned by the Statutory City of Liberec. Waste is stored at the assembly point in Otavská Street in Liberec. The space is locked and monitored by a camera system. It is necessary to transport them continuously in order not to fill the capacity of the assembly point. The capacity is estimated at a maximum of 50 tons. The supplier must arrange unloading himself, loading is provided by the customer. The landfill must be authorised to receive waste 200303. Waste will be handled according to the Waste Act and its acceptance into the facility will be confirmed by a guide. Where specific names or other designations of technologies or products appear in this procurement document, the contracting authority/entity shall, where technically possible, authorise their replacement by qualitatively and technically comparable technologies or products (with identical or higher parameters), while ensuring full compatibility with the existing infrastructure and equipment of the contracting authority/entity.
