Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the production of design and costing documentation for the investment task under the name: “Podzamczański skwer – fountain construction and land development between Hetmańska and Grodzka streets” – Wałbrzyski Participatory Budget 2017 and obtaining a decision on a building permit or certificate to declare construction works, adapting all technical solutions to the applicable regulations and exercising copyright supervision, taking into account the possible need for the Contractor to obtain the necessary arrangements (e.g.: Fire BP), decisions (e.g. removal of trees and shrubs), maps, studies, inventories and other necessary for the proper performance of the subject-matter of the contract. All the Contractor’s obligations are included in the draft contract constituting Annex 6 to the ToR.
