Description

The Landesbetrieb Information und Technik Nordrhein-Westfalen (IT.NRW, hereinafter referred to as client or AG) intends to award the introduction of a software solution for SAM workflow management and other related processes as part of an open procedure. As part of the project, the currently used Flexera Spider solution is to be replaced, which currently also supports business processes beyond the classic software inventory and accounting through far-reaching customizing. Accordingly, far-reaching possibilities for individualization of the solution to be offered are required. The aforementioned tool is to be offered in the form of standard software as an on-premise solution, which can be operated locally in the customer's data center. A further component is the provision of appropriate third-level support. The AG already has extensive expertise in the field of customizing and operating SAM tools and is also contractually bound to a service provider in the field. For this reason, only particularly in-depth support in the sense of "third-level support" for the offered solution is required for the procurement procedure in question. Equally, a smooth cooperation with the existing service provider must be ensured. Offered licenses must be offered on a rental basis (rental licenses/subscriptions) with the license metric "IT employees". IT staff means the inter- and external employees who use software and are represented in the solution to be offered as license providers. In addition to the delivery and implementation of the solution to be offered, an initial license balance for the software manufacturer Microsoft must be created as part of the system delivery (first year of contract).
