Основните цели на поръчката са: Осигуряване на качествена, здравословна и питателна храна на потребителите на детските и социални заведения на общинска бюджетна издръжка на територията на община Опака; Осигуряване на правилен режим на потребителите на детските и социални заведения, отчитащ изискванията на Закона за храните и нормативните актове по прилагането му; Подобряване качеството и условията, при които се осъществява храненето на потребителите; Повишаване на бързината на доставката при необходимост от хранителни продукти.
