Description

These services are divided into three types of tasks: 1. Legal consultation: analysis and drafting of legal notes at the request of the Region; participation in any meeting at the request of the Region; telephone assistance on any legal matter included in the consultation. 2. Legal assistance in drafting documents and letters: study of files, legal advice and assistance in the realization of any legal arrangement. 3. Amicable appraisals for the lots concerned and as indicated in the SACC for these lots (lots 3, 5 and 8). The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with Articles R2161-2 to R2161 5, R2162-1 et seq., R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). In accordance with the provisions of Article L2125-1 of the Public Order Code, this contract is a multi-contractor framework agreement with order forms. The number of successful tenderers is set at two, one main successful tenderer and one secondary successful tenderer. The rules for awarding order forms are set out in Article 6.5 of the Specific Administrative Provisions. The services are divided into eight lots which will be the subject of separate contracts. Candidates may submit a tender for all lots. However, it is specified that, in order to better ensure that needs are met and to guarantee the quality of the services, the contracting authority has decided that no more than two lots may be awarded to the same candidate as the main contractor. The allocation rule is specified in Article 4 of this consultation Regulation.
