Purchase of rescue and firefighting vehicles for voluntary fire brigades operating in decommissioned areas of the PPGR
4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of 4 rescue and firefighting vehicles with equipment for volunteer fire brigades operating in the area of municipalities forming the Powiatowo-Gminny Association, "Local Governments of the Oleska Region", in order to increase the level of safety and fire protection of residents in the area of liquidated PPGRs. 4.2. The order applies to brand new rescue and firefighting vehicles, on a chassis with 4x4 drive, with a power of at least 280 hp, with a combined cabin providing at least 6 seats. The cars will be equipped with two tanks, including one for water (min. 4200 l) and one for foaming agent (min. 500 l) as well as a dual-range autopump. In addition to the above-mentioned equipment, cars will have rescue and firefighting facilities, including a system of storage compartments, tilt platforms, equipment shelves, etc. A lighting and sound system will be installed in the cars, according to the requirements for privileged vehicles. 4.3. The minimum technical and operational requirements for the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ and Annex No 7 and entitled ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’. A ‘model contract’ setting out the detailed arrangements for implementing the subject-matter of the contract. 4.4. Place of technical-quality and actual acceptance: the registered offices of the TSOs for which the cars are intended: Łomnica, Radłów, Knieja, Kozłowice (all Oleski district) 4.5. The subject of the contract must meet the following requirements: meet all the characteristics set out in the tender specifications and comply with the applicable standards, be brand new, technically sound, safe, complete and ready to work, have a set of technical documentation – allowing it to be registered as a special car. 4.6. Radłów), Part 3 – rescue and firefighting vehicle (1 pc. Knieja), Part 4 – rescue and firefighting vehicle (1 unit Kozłowice).
