Description

The framework agreement, mixed with purchase orders (current needs) and subsequent contracts (non-current needs), concerns the maintenance and exploitation of the urban and forested heritage of Eau de Paris. It is multi-awardee type without reopening of competition for the part with purchase orders and with reopening of competition for the part with subsequent contracts. It is sized as indicated in the CCA-CA. Its duration is set on the planned investment plan of Eau de Paris 2027-2032. The situation and the extent of the various services that may be charged to the contractors are indicated in the CCT-AC common to all the lots the framework agreement and their associated Price Reference (RP-AC). Attention is drawn to the implementation of elements of an environmental nature in the conditions of performance of the contract as well as a criterion for the evaluation of tenders to assess the performance of the tenders received in terms of environmental protection.
