Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management by recovery or disposal of mixed municipal waste and segregated waste from real estate located in the municipality of Kampinos, where residents live, as well as from a separate collection point for municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) located in Kampinos A near a waste water treatment plant and from a collection point for expired medicines and a collection point for waste batteries, in the following ways: 1) ensuring the achievement of the required levels of preparation for re-use and recycling, levels of landfilling of municipal waste and waste resulting from the processing of municipal waste, levels of reduction in the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill (in the scope of waste received under the contract) in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 1996, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 399 as amended) and the implementing acts currently in force to this Act, including in particular: ▪ Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws 2021, item 1530) ▪ Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of landfilling of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, No. Journal of Laws 2017, item 2412) 2) in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution of the Mazowieckie Provincial Assembly No 9/25 of 25 February 2025 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Province 2030, hereinafter referred to as PGO, and in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Kampinos Commune in force during the term of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and other details concerning the execution of the contract are described in Annexes 10, 11, 12 and 13 to the FTZ.
