Description

Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust (CCST) has appointed a preferred provider through a process similar to the competitive dialogue procedure, for pharmacy provisions, including procurement of stock and dispensing. This is a health service within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Accordingly, CCST is only bound by those regulations applicable to Schedule 3 services (known as the Light Touch Regime) and is not electing to follow any other provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The preferred bidder will deliver the first regional Community Health NHS Service Pharmaceutical Procurement and Dispensing Services.
