Description

Die Gemeinde Wettstetten plant den Neubau eines Horts und eines Jugendtreffs. Der Hort soll für 132 Kinder mit 15 Mitarbeitern und Betreuern Platz bieten. Die Kinder sollen in 4 Hauptgruppenräumen, 2 Hausaufgabenräumen, sowie 2 Ruheräumen und einem Werkraum betreut werden. Im Jugendtreff soll ca. 20 Jugendlichen ein Platz für Zusammentreffen und Freizeitaktivitäten geboten werden. Der Hort soll eine Ausgabeküche mit einem daran angeschlossenen Speisesaal enthalten.
Beauftragt werden sollen die Leistungen des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß § 34 HOAI i. V. m. Anl. 10 Nr. 10.1, Leistungsphasen 5-9, sowie die Besondere Leistung der Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist. Optional für den Fall der Fördermittelgewährung wird zudem das Mitwirken bei der Abrechnung von Fördermitteln beauftragt.
