Description

Der geplante Neubau des Zentrums für Altersmedizin stellt eine bauliche Erweiterungsmaßnahme am bestehenden Albertinen-Krankenhaus dar. Primäres Ziel der Planung ist es, bestehende Synergien des Hauses zu stärken und durch die Gesamtstruktur die Wege für Patienten und Personal zu optimieren. Das neue Gebäude soll dabei als “Zentrum für Altersmedizin“ (ZfA) gestalterisch als eigenständige Funktionseinheit und Gebäude wahrnehmbar sein. Das Gebäude schafft für die wachsende ältere Bevölkerung ein umfassendes Behandlungs-, Rehabilitations- und Pflegeangebot. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind die Kunststofffenster mit dem zugehörigen Sonnenschutz. Bei der Ausführung der Arbeiten ist der Sicherheitsund Gesundheitsschutzplan des Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinators ( SiGeKo ) zu beachten.
