The subject-matter of the public contract is the execution of works and related services and supplies consisting of the implementation of the project for the reduction of the energy performance of the buildings of the Rychnov nad Kněžnou Hospital Hospital – Object C – multidisciplinary pavilion DIGP, in accordance with the project documentation for the execution of the works drawn up by Jika – CZ, s r.o., Dlouhá 103/17, 500 03 Hradec Králové, ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA, IČ 25917234, responsible projectant Ing. Jiri Slovene (hereinafter referred to as “DPS”), as amended. All details, including an inventory of works, supplies and services, including the bill of quantities, are included in the project documentation. The subject-matter of the contract is also specified by the energy report of 15 November 2018 drawn up by Jan Landa. The scope of both construction and professional adaptations is based on technological and disposition requirements and the intention of the contracting authority.
