Description

Elbkinder Vereinigung Hamburger Kita gGmbH procures object planer services LP 1-9 in accordance with the current HOAI for the Cuxhavener Straße 192 property
About the object: The building, including the house building, built in 1924, is protected by monuments.
Around 65 children are currently being cared for on two floors, and administrative and staff rooms are located on the roof floor.
The stock is to be rehabilitated.
With a northern crop, the kita is to be expanded so that approximately 138 children can be cared for as much as possible.
Other specialist planners (ragwork, TGA, outdoor installations, fire protection, energy consultancy) will work on the project from LP1.
On the basis of a feasibility study, a pre-construction request was submitted in March in order to clarify in advance the possible extent of the use of the building.
The planning will build on and further develop the results of the study.
The gross cost limit for cost group 300 and 400 is approximately EUR 2.1 million gross.
