Description

Brief description of the contract or purchase(s): The object of the service provision contract is the elaboration of the Feasibility Study for the investment objective FELDIOARA bypass variant, in accordance with the provisions of the Task Specifications and the conditions of the contract. The description of the services is available in the Tender Specifications and the Technical Documentation within this tender documentation. Attached to the Tender Documentation are the documents necessary for the elaboration of the tender. A supply contract will be concluded for a period not exceeding 9 months. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates is at least 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the mentioned date will make it impossible for the CA to provide an answer and will therefore be considered TARDIVA. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro). The estimated value of the contract includes the project implementation reserves of 241,187 lei.
